4 Hour Yuen Method Intro Class
Sunday, October 18th from 1p.m. till 5p.m.
Held at the Acupuncture Center of South West Michigan
5945 West Main Street, Suite 100 Kalamazoo, MI 4909 MAP

If you are planning on attending this workshop, please let us know by E-mail.

This class is held once a month. In this class students learn how to correct themselves and others.

Presentations on the body. How the body works, how stress affects the body and how to
get rid of stress. We can not avoid the stress, but we can’t afford for it to affect our bodies.

The missing point in todays health system is that all is focused on working on a symptom without finding out what is the true cause. Until the true cause will be found and eliminated, the symptom will always be there. Like if the root is still there, the weed will be there.

I was searching for years for the answer to why the pain comes back. I did learn different modalities and they all are great. But I had one question. Why does the pain come back?

I did invest a lot of time and money to go after the answer. And I am so lucky that I finally did get it. It is all about the truth. If you get to the truth where the beginning of ailment started, the symptom is gone.
Yes, the truth shall sets us free.

How simple is that?
My goal is to help people to be free. To teach people to understand their bodies, to be in
charge of their own well being. Healing comes from within. The power is within. The knowledge is within. We do have it!

Basic relaxation massage involves manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasms and stress. It improves circulation and it helps feed cells, eliminating waste products from the cells. Keeps body from aging.

Myofascial release is used to loosen the body’s connective tissue, which surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, organ, artery, vein and tissue in the body. This technique makes the difference in bringing clients in pain to freedom from pain. Connective tissue restriction is not seen on any tests and can only be detected by the therapist who puts hands on a clients body.

Sports massage is used to release tension in the muscles and separate the cells to allow the body normal function to regenerate and rejuvenate the cells. Tight muscles will make the body structure go out of balance which will follow restriction in the joints, pinched nerves. Muscles move the bones. To hold body structure in the balance, muscles have to be balanced first.

Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch therapy that works on the craniosacral system to help sooth and calm the central nervous system. Central nervous system is responsible for the body to function properly, controls all organs, systems, body structure, muscles. If the system is compromised, body will start to loose a proper function.

Reflexology stimulates reflex points in the hands and feet that correspond to the organs and systems of the body to help the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Jin Shin Jyutsu helps release energy blockages in our bodies. If the natural energy flow in a body is interrupted, ailments will set in. Release of energy blocks will improve body functions instantly.

Yuen Method of Chinese energetics. Yuen Method combines ancient Chinese energetic techniques with quantum physics, kinesiology, anatomy and physiology, to allow instant relief from imbalances in our energy field. Dr. Kam Yuen, a 35th generation Shaolin Grand Master introduced this techniques to Western cultures. This technique utilizes muscle testing to find, correct and eliminate those influences that weaken our energy field.

With this technique you can experience freedom from:

Pain
Stress
Fatigue
Tension
Depression
Fears
Sleep disorders
Headaches
Allergies
Relationship issues and much much more!

Yes, what does it mean?
Why ” baltadaba ” ? It just came to me.
It is a combination of two words.
” Balta” means “white”. What does ” white ” mean ? It means ” pure” to me.
“Daba” means “nature”. Nature is natural, in other words “pure”.
This is what my work is all about.
Pure, natural, simple.
Easy to explain, easy to learn.
I love it.
